♥ I like blabbing about my holiday ♥
Unlike UK, Malaysia does not have such a huge love and respect for animals as we do among its public. Hence strays are a very common sight and you can always find the presence of a stray dog or cat in places like restaurants where unwanted scraps of food is most available. Most of those poor animals are very unsightly. They are stick thin with puss in their sad, sad eyes. They very often have patches of their fur gone. Some of them are wounded due to many reasons - where it be fleas, abuse from humans or brawls with other strays for food and territory.
As a huge softie (there, I admitted it), I always have a huge urge to bring strays home, especially when they are cats! I love cats too much… But since I can’t bring them back to England, the best I can do is give them food. I even brought one back for my uncle to look after but it ran away after a few days T___T it’s almost ironic. I share my food with strays when I’m eating in the restaurant as a way to treat them. But other than that, I don’t know what else I could do so I feel kinda bad… Maybe I could open a Strays branch in Malaysia one day when I’m rich and famous! *cough*
I LOVE 'EM STRAYS! *sobs*
